About Director Michael Rheault
Watch a video clip from this ensemble’s director.Michael Rheault is a music director and composer working in New England and New York. A graduate of UMass/Amherst (music composition), he is currently Director of Choral Activities at Bay Path College, Director of Music at First Park Memorial Baptist Church (Springfield, MA), accompanist at Western New England University, piano instructor at Springfield College, and organist/cantor at Sacred Heart Church (Agawam, MA). His most recent theater piece, “Fabulous!”, had its world premiere in New York City at Write Act Repertory in August 2012. Other credits include a MAC award nomination for “American Cabaret, European Roots”, a Just Plain Folks Award (1st runner up) for “The Birth” (JPF is the world’s largest independent music awards), and a PBS broadcast of “Names From Home” (independent documentary). Michael is a resident of Springfield, Massachusetts.
