Rodriguez holds a Masters in Music Education with Kodaly Emphasis from The Hartt School and has been teaching music and directing elementary school choruses in Springfield Public Schools for 22 years. Her groups have consistently earned Silver and Gold rankings at the Massachusetts Instrumental and Choral Conductors Association’s Choral Festivals.
